Prices are subject to change; however, once your reservation is confirmed with a 25% non-refundable retainer, the rate at which you booked will be secured. A Facility Protection Fee will also be collected at the time of booking, which can be fully refunded provided all terms and conditions of the rental agreement are met. Rental agreements are signed at the time of booking. Our listed prices represent baseline rates for reserving our space, with the option to add services or enhancements that may increase the total cost. All rentals include tables, chairs, and a basic cleaning fee based on the agreed-upon quantity outlined in the contract as part of the base price. Enjoy a 4% discount on your total booking when paying by cash or check! Please note: All major holidays are subject to a 15% increase in rental pricing, and a full-day rental is required as the minimum reservation on those dates.
