Access to the facility is available for meetings, classes, trainings, and other non-wedding events. Wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions are not permitted under this rental option.
Friday-Sunday
All rates are subject to change without notice; however, once a reservation is secured with a signed rental agreement and a 25% non-refundable retainer, your rental rate is guaranteed and protected from future price increases. A Facility Protection Fee is required at the time of booking and serves as a security deposit for the venue. This fee may be refunded in full following the event, provided all terms of the rental agreement are satisfied and no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur. Clients may customize their experience with optional add-on services, upgraded linens, staffing, planning assistance, officiant services, extended access, and other enhancements that may affect the final contract price. Holiday rentals require a full-day rental with a 15% surcharge.
