Yes. Wedding packages are automatically placed on a monthly payment plan. Other events may also utilize payment plans upon request.
All balances must be paid in full no later than thirty (30) business days before the event date.
Late payments are subject to a $25 per day late fee.
Yes. We offer discounts for military personnel, first responders, healthcare workers, educators, Friends of the Chadwick Foundation members, and cash/check payments. Discounts cannot be combined.
The Chadwick Center, LLC can accommodate up to 125 guests indoors and approximately 200 guests outdoors.
Yes. The Chadwick Center is handicap accessible.
We have two gender-neutral restrooms. One restroom includes a baby changing station.
Yes. Complimentary self-parking is included with your rental. Additional parking attendants may be available for an additional fee.

Only if early access has been approved in writing and added to your contract. Unauthorized early entry may result in additional fees.
No. Vendor deliveries and setup must occur during your contracted rental period unless prior written approval has been granted.
Only with prior written approval. Items left behind must generally be removed within 72 hours or may be disposed of.
All events must conclude by 11:00 PM.

Yes. Outdoor ceremonies generally require a DJ or rented sound equipment for officiants and music.

Yes. It may be refunded in full, partially refunded, or retained depending on the condition of the venue and compliance with the rental agreement.
