Private rental venue hours are outlined per each agreement. 

We can accommodate up to 150 guests (indoors). We have enough seating for 200 guests.  

We provide the tables outlined in your agreement, and you may customize the layout to fit your vision for the day.

Yes. 

We offer a designated parking area for you and your guests. Parking services are also available for an additional fee.

We offer two gender-neutral restrooms on site. Please note that we do not currently have a baby changing station.

Tables and chairs come with all rentals. Black linens are included in ceremony, reception, block rentals, full-day rentals, and packages. 

We provide (1) PA system. However, you will need to bring any outdoor speakers + mic for your officiate + nuptials from your DJ for all outdoor activities, and a DJ or choice of music for your event. 

Glitter, rice, silly string, confetti of all types, and gel-like substances are not permitted anywhere on the Chadwick Center, LLC property. Sand may only be used inside enclosed containers. No nails, screws, staples, duct tape, or any permanent marking tools may be used on the floor, walls, and furniture. Chinese lanterns are not permitted. 

The Chadwick Center, LLC offers a kitchenette including: 1 refrigerator, sink, and countertop space. We can provide you with a list of preferred caterers, but ultimately you can choose your own caterer. We do not charge vendor fees. 

The Facility Protection Fee at The Chadwick Center, LLC is a refundable security deposit collected at the time of booking. This fee is designed to ensure the protection of the venue and its property during your event. It will be returned in full after your event, provided that all terms and conditions of the rental agreement are met, and no damages or violations occur during your use of the facility.

Block Facility Protection Fee is $250. 

All-Day Facility Protection Fee is $350.
