FAQ's

How long do we have at the venue?

Private rental venue hours are outlined per each agreement. 

How many people can the Chadwick Center hold?

We can accommodate up to 150 guests (indoors). 

Can we choose our own vendors?

Yes, we are flexible with vendors. 

What is the seating arrangement?

We will provide you with the allotted number of tables we provide for your guests and you may choose how you'd like it set up for the day of your event. 

Is the Chadwick Center handicap accessible?

Yes. 

Where do people park?

We have a designated parking area at the Chadwick Center, LLC for you and your guests to park. 

How many restrooms are there?

There are 2 gender neutral restrooms on site. 

Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens for the events?

We provide chairs for ceremonies, and tables & chairs for receptions. We do not provide linens or centerpieces for our base rates. 

Is there a sound system and TV?

No. We provide (1) PA system. However, you will need to bring any outdoor speakers + mic for your officiate + nuptials from your DJ for all outdoor activities, and a DJ or choice of music for your event. 

Do you have any decor restrictions indoors?

Glitter, rice, silly string, confetti of all types, and gel-like substances are not permitted anywhere on the Chadwick Center, LLC property. Sand may only be used inside enclosed containers. No nails, screws, staples, duct tape, or any permanent marking tools may be used on the floor, walls, and furniture. Chinese lanterns are not permitted. 

What kitchen amenities are available?

The Chadwick Center, LLC offers a kitchenette including: 1 refrigerator, sink, and countertop space. We can provide you with a list of preferred caterers, but ultimately you can choose your own caterer. We do not charge vendor fees and there are no food and beverage minimums. 

What is the Facility Protection Fee

The Facility Protection Fee at The Chadwick Center, LLC is a refundable security deposit collected at the time of booking. This fee is designed to ensure the protection of the venue and its property during your event. It will be returned in full after your event, provided that all terms and conditions of the rental agreement are met, and no damages or violations occur during your use of the facility.


Block Facility Protection Fee is $250. 

All-Day Facility Protection Fee is $350.
