About the Owner
Dustin Phillips, a true dreamer with a passion for making a difference. From the early days at Wilson High School to pursuing higher education at the University of North Alabama, the idea of the Chadwick Center, LLC was always at the forefront of his mind. His journey led him to create Lion Buddies and the ROAR program at the UNA, bringing college experiences to individuals with exceptional needs. Despite life's challenges, including teaching exceptional education in the local school districts, community involvement, and personal growth, the dream of the Chadwick Center, LLC never waned, even during moments of discouragement. With faith as his guide, he and his family embarked on a journey to build the Chadwick Center, a versatile facility for the community, especially those with exceptional needs. Their unwavering faith and commitment to prayer shape their future, and they're excited to bring their dream to life, offering a space that evolves to meet the needs of all.
